Cl1 From Hideo Kuniyoshi , Director of the Department <br /> of Liquor Control , dated January 16 , 1979 , sub- <br /> mitting an overview of his department and recom- <br /> mendations for Charter revisions. <br /> Mr. Omonaka moved to accept and discuss <br /> this communication at an appropriate <br /> time. Seconded by Mrs. Kobayaski and <br /> unanimously carried. <br /> Comm. Eijs3 : From Harry Wakahaski , Legislative Auditor of the <br /> Office of the County Clerk, dated January 22 , <br /> 1979 , submitting a set of minutes of the 1st , <br /> 2nd, and 3rd Charter Commissions for the use <br /> of the Charter Review Commission. <br /> Mr. Schutte made motion that the file be <br /> retained in Mr. Legaspi ' s office for the <br /> availability of the Charter Commission. <br /> Seconded by Mr. Omonaka and unanimously <br /> carried. <br /> It was moved by Mr. Omonaka that the commission write <br /> the County Council thanking them for Mr. Legaspi ' s <br /> expertise and assistance and requesting them that in <br /> the future we would like to call upon him again if <br /> we require his services. And also a letter to Mr. <br /> Legaspi offering him our personal thanks and apprec- <br /> iation for his help. Seconded by Mrs. Kobayashi and <br /> unanimously carried. <br /> —35— <br />
