Oda, Attorney, <br /> COUNSEL: as newly appointed legal counsel for the <br /> Hawaii County Charter Commission. <br /> APPROVAL The following correction was noted for the 2nd <br /> OF session minutes , dated January 16, 1979: <br /> MINUTES: <br /> 1 . Delete Mr. Marty Sebastian as being <br /> present and record Mr. Herbert M. <br /> Richards, Chairman of the Police <br /> Commission as present. <br /> The following corrections were noted for the <br /> 4th session minutes, dated January 30, 1979: <br /> 1.
