HAWAII COUNTY CHARTER COMMISSION <br /> MINUTES <br /> 10th Session <br /> March 20 , 1979 <br /> Hilo, Hawaii <br /> The tenth session of the Hawaii County Charter Commission <br /> was called to order at 3 :44 p.m. in the Hawaii County Council- <br /> room, Hawaii County Building, Hilo, Hawaii , by Mr. Kimiaki <br /> Sakata, Chairman. <br /> The roll recorded the following : <br /> Present: Mr. Harlan Cadinha <br /> Mr. Richard Ishida <br /> Mrs. Amy Iwamoto <br /> Mrs. Gloria Kobayashi <br /> Mr. Akira Omonaka <br /> Mr. Kimiaki Sakata <br /> Mr. Spencer Kalani Schutte <br /> Mr. Herman Sensano <br /> Mr. Joseph Trulson <br /> Mr. Basilio Yagong <br /> Mr. Matsuo Yanaga <br /> Also Attorney Stuart Oda <br /> Present : Recording Secretary Joan Carnett <br /> GUEST The appearance of the United Public Workers before <br /> COMMITTEE: the commission today was cancelled and has been <br /> rescheduled for Tuesday, March 27, 1979. <br /> APPROVAL The Chair called for the approval of minutes dated <br /> OF MINUTES: March 6, 1979. <br /> Motion was made by Mr. Trulson. <br /> Seconded by Mrs. Iwamoto and <br /> unanimously carried. <br /> The following corrections were noted in the <br /> minutes of January 30 , 1979 : <br /> Page 35 . . .Comm.
