Legaspi , County Clerk <br /> Present : Mr. Horace Kawamura, Chairman, <br /> County Pension Board <br /> Mr. Sidney Fuke, Director, Planning Dept. <br /> Mr. Clarence Garcia, Director, Department <br /> of Research and Development <br /> Mr. Stuart Oda, Attorney (came in later) <br /> Mrs. Joan Carnett, Secretary <br /> CHAIRMAN SAKATA: Would somebody move to amend <br /> the Rules of Procedure so that we can go into the testimony from <br /> the Research and Development Department and also from the Planning <br /> Department. <br /> MR. OMONAKA: I so move. <br /> MR. TRULSON: I second. <br /> CHAIRMAN SAKATA: It has been so moved and seconded <br /> that we amend the Rules of Procedure and go into our testimonies. <br /> All those in favor? Carried. <br />
