What is going to happen is, you are not saying <br /> there is a duplication effort of one to the other. . .It is <br /> going to happen anyway, you know. What the research areas, <br /> the R & D does, right now, it is doing all by itself and the <br /> planning department does not do that particular area. So <br /> whether we put them together they are still going to have <br /> those functions. They are going to exist, point ( 1) .
