There is some talk now of <br /> reviving the redevelopment agency for that purpose. It is still <br /> on the books and it may be, as I said, revived. <br /> MRS. The mayor shall appoint two members <br /> to the present planning board of appeals. . .I think we should <br /> stop it there. Delete the last two sections in that on the <br /> xerox /one member for a term of two years and one member for a <br /> term of three years. Members shall thereafter be appointed for <br /> a term of three years.? Those provisions should be deleted. <br /> I would suggest that the language The mayor shall appoint. . . <br /> perhaps the word additional members to the present planning <br /> board of appeals. <br /> Section 5-6.3 was an added on section to the <br /> miscellaneous, Chapter 6. 5-6.3. Board of Appeals. <br /> MR. ISHIDA: Section 5-7.3. <br /> MR. ODA: It has been redesignated as Chapter 7, <br /> so it would be Section 5-7.3. <br /> MR. ISHIDA: Stuart, since this board of appeals <br /> is a new body. . . <br /> MR. SCHUTTE: . . .this is not the regular board <br /> of appeals, right? <br /> MR.
