I would also like <br /> SECTION 777 to move at this time, this is in regard to <br /> Article III , Legislative Branch, Section 3-2, <br /> Composition and Terms. . .I move that the presently <br /> proposed 5 'district, 2 at-large council makeup be option #1 on <br /> the ballot. That option #2 be as follows : There shall be a <br /> county council composed of 9 members. Three from district #2, <br /> and 2 each from district #1 , district #3 , and district #4. <br /> Three shall reside and be elected from district #2, and 2 each <br /> shall reside and be elected from district #1 , district #3 , and <br /> district #4. <br /> MR. OMONAKA: I will second the motion. <br /> MR. TRULSON: Mr. Schutte, would you kindly <br /> repeat those figures and areas, again? <br /> MR. SCHUTTE: Certainly.
