ODA: So there is really no need for those. <br /> CHAIRMAN ISHIDA: Didn ' t you folks delete: it? <br /> MR. ODA: It was deferred , I think. The last <br /> two sentences under 3-3? If you want to leave it in you can. <br /> CHAIRMAN ISHIDA: Well , you folks said hold <br /> in abeyance until the definition of vacancy was taken up <br /> again. <br /> MR. ODA: Yes,we adopted those things in the <br /> vacancy definition so nothing was actually done on it. <br /> CHAIRMAN ISHIDA: Actually, we should delete <br /> it, then. Because it is already covered in vacancy. <br /> MR. OMONAKA: Covered under vacancy. <br /> CHAIRMAN ISHIDA: A motion to that effect? <br /> MRS. KOBAYASHI : I so motion. <br /> MR. OMONAKA: Second. <br /> CHAIRMAN ISHIDA: I would delete the last two <br /> sentences of the present section 3-3 which will now be numbered <br /> 3-4. All in favor, aye? Carried.
