We therefore ask <br /> that a breach be authorized to submit this resolution after the July 20, 2018 submission deadline, <br /> and to waive it from the Finance Committee in order to be placed on the August 8, 2018 Council <br /> agenda. We also request that the five-day hold be waived in order to further expedite this bill.
