While I commend you for the steps you’ve taken, I continue to receive <br />complaints about noise andI would like to meet with you all once again to find a <br />solution. <br />I am therefore calling a meeting with all helicopter tour operators to discuss the <br />progress you have made in addressing our residents’ concerns, and to learn how the <br />industry plans to reduce the noise over Hawai‘i Island homes, businesses, and open <br />spaces. <br />The meeting will be held on August 10, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. in my Hilo office. <br />Please confirm your attendance with my secretary Martha at <br />.
