2 August 2018 <br />If not already under review by the 2018 County Charter <br />Commission, please consider the following in your <br />deliberations: <br />Delete all requirements in the County Charter relating to <br />collective bargaining. Given the recent Supreme Court ruling, <br />the United States is basically a `right to work state', our County <br />Charter should reflect that new reality. <br />Establish wage and salary caps for all units/divisions of county <br />government and all County employees.
