I'm one of the neighbors, reside on 35-167 Papa`aloa <br />Avenue, and my question is will this automatically rezone my property as well? <br />CLARKSON: I'm pretty sure I can answer that question that it won't, but I will defer to staff <br />JACKSON: That is correct. If you wanted to rezone your property, you would need to come in <br />and submit an application, and it would go through the same process that the Andrus's are going <br />through now. <br />KOZINSKIY: Okay, that answers my question. Thank you. But, I am in favor. <br />CLARKSON: Thank you.
