Seconded by Ms. Rice and <br />carried by the following voice vote: <br />Ayes: Commission Members Bergin, Haman°, <br />Hopkins, Leithead Todd, Rice, Springer, <br />Zelko-Schlueter, and Chair Adams — 8 <br />Noes: None. <br />Absent: Commission Members Gain ba, Roehrig, <br />and Saquing — 3. <br />Excused: None <br />CHR.
