WASTEWATER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS <br />A. NĀ‘ĀLEHU LARGE CAPACITY CESSPOOL REPLACEMENT: <br />• Alternative potential sites are being investigated. <br />• Public outreach meetings will be scheduled for late September 2018. <br />• The State EA process is to be completed prior to purchase of land for the <br />treatment/disposal facility. <br />• Closure of the large capacity cesspools as mandated by the EPA will occur <br />once the treatment and disposal system has been constructed and properties <br />have been connected to the new collection system. <br />• The project is funded by Clean Water State Revolving Funds (CWSRF) <br />monies. <br /> <br />B.
