CALL TO ORDER (10:03 a.m.) <br />Mr. Goodenow: I'd like to call the meeting of Hawaii County Board of Ethics to <br />order. My name is Ken Goodenow, I'm the Vice -Chair. Our Chair <br />apologizes, she can't be here. I did excuse her though. We have a <br />new member, if he would please introduce himself. A very <br />distinguished, retired Federal Judge. <br />Mr. Wiseman: Good morning, my name is David Wiseman, I am a retired Judge. <br />I've been retired in Hawai`i for last two years but I've lived in <br />Pahoa in 1975. So I'm not a stranger to the Big Island and I look <br />forward to participating in this Board of Ethics. Thank you. <br />Ms. Sumner -Mack: I'm Nan Sumner -Mack, I'm fairly new on the Commission. <br />Mr. Robinson: I'm Rick Robinson, Commission Member. <br />2. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS (10:03 a.m.) <br />Mr. Goodenow: <br />Ms. Novak: <br />We'll move on to the first item on the agenda after the call to order <br />that would be public statements. We have one person who signed <br />up, that would be the petitioner in 2018-04, Ms. Layne Novak. <br />Thank you. <br />Good morning everyone! I know that you are an attorney, so you <br />look for evidence. I tried to gather evidence through OIP and <br />unfortunately was unsuccessful. Based on what I did get, I did get <br />an email through an anonymous source who wants to remain <br />1 <br />
