Parks and Recreation <br />Committee member Gonzales reported that she <br />met with the Director of Full Life. That is the <br />organization putting on the Able Hawaii Artist <br />festival. She explained to the Committee about a <br />business called Deep and Beyond. The County <br />allocated Deep and Beyond to work w/ the Mobi <br />Mats at the beaches. They depend on the help of <br />the volunteers but the participation level is very <br />low. Gonzales said that they do have a flyer and <br />should be attending the AHA art festival <br />Old Business <br />a.
