Gonzalez: The other end of the update is the cantina location which has undergone some renovations and is still pending some Department of Health approval(s). Heid: Yes. We have applications for permits with the County for tenant improvement to the building for addition of a urinal and addition of a hand sink and also a three-compartment sink, even though that’s not required by the Department of Health, for our bar area. Once we get our permits for that, we already have everybody lined up to do the work which should take minimal time per week. Then, we will be ready to call for our final inspection and get flying with that one. Gonzalez: That’s for the location near the… Heid: By Long’s Drugs. Taniguchi: The newer side, right? Heid: Yes, the newer side of Pāhoa. Gonzalez: Closer to the highway. Heid: Other than that, yes, we are ready to open and could possibly in the next few weeks open just for our food. We have all of our food permits. Depending on what happens in the coming days with everything, it’s so transitional right now. But we’re looking at possibly doing that and having that work done simultaneously, and incorporating the liquor after that. That’s the status on that place. Gonzalez: Thank you. That location is unreal on that highway, and then at night you have the beautiful sky though ominous to some people, but that location will do great. We’re excited about that and we’ll get that done.
