CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: (Approval of Addendum and/or Supplemental Agenda (requires P)( votes, and must comply with Hawaii Revised Statutes § 92-7(d)) � ANNOUNCEMENTS: Ln APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: The Action Committee (AC) will consider the draft minutes of the August 13, 2018 meeting. � PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS: Members of the public are invited to speak to any items on the agenda. To be recognized, please fill out a yellow request form and submit it to Plannin Department Staff or the Action Committee Chairperson prior to the Public Comment portion co the meeting. Comments should be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item, subject to the discretion of the Chair of the Community Development Plan (CDP) Action Committee. BUSINESS: 1. Update on the IGlauea Eruption Recovery Efforts: Planning Department Staff will provide an update on recovery efforts and current County capacity as it relates to ongoing recovery planning. 2. Increase Awareness of and Participation in Puna CDP Action Committees Meetings: AC Member Brent Norris will share ideas for promoting AC meetings and related efforts.
