This is more in stylistic <br />change on the following page number 6. A memorandum of <br />authorities...this is too legalistic for me. The average layperson <br />would not understand what that means. I think we said it all in <br />when it starts with number 5...the statement of the position or <br />contention of the petitioner...and perhaps leave out the...combine <br />5 and 6 and leave out that "memorandum of authorities". <br />I like that... so a statement of the position or contention of the <br />petitioner including a full discussion of the reasons <br />including...well I don't know if you want to include legal. <br />If you can use the containing you can leave that there. <br />Containing a full discussion. So just delete "a memorandum of <br />authorities". <br />Yeah. <br />Yeah. <br />And what about "including any legal authorities"? <br />I would take that out and just including any support of such <br />position or contention. <br />Legal or other support? Or just take "legal" out? <br />Yeah. <br />Could that be optional? <br />Well any support would include...it would imply... <br />Full discussion of the reasons, including any support... <br />23 <br />
