m. The value of coupon or other allotments for the <br />purchase of food pursuant to the Food Stamp Act of <br />1977; <br />n. Payments to volunteers under the Domestic <br />Volunteer Service Act of 1973; <br />o. Payments received under the Alaska Native Claims <br />Settlement Act; <br />p. Incremental compensation from State or local job <br />training programs and training of resident <br />management staff during the training period; <br />q. Income derived from certain sub-marginal land of <br />the United States that is held in trust for <br />certain Indian tribes; <br />r. Payments or allowances made under the Department <br />of Health and Human Services' Low-Income Home <br />Energy Assistance Program; <br />s. Income derived from the disposition of funds of <br />the Grand River Bank of Ottawa Indians; <br />t. The first $2,000.00 of per capita shares received <br />from judgment funds awarded by the Indian Claims <br />Commission or the Court of Claims or from funds <br />held in trust for an Indian tribe by the Secretary <br />of Interior; <br />u. Deferred periodic payments received in lump sum <br />from Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Social <br />Security Benefits; <br />v. Amounts received by the Family in the form of <br />refunds, rebates, or Earned Income Credit under <br />State or local law for property taxes paid on the <br />dwelling unit; <br />w. Home care payments for developmentally disabled <br />children or adult family members; <br />x. Resident service stipends if they are less than <br />$200.00 per month. (Amounts more than $200.00 per <br />month is not considered "stipends"); <br />y.
