We are here <br />today at the Hilo County Building and it is August 10, 2018 and the time is <br />1:32 p.m. Please everyone remember to turn off your conununication devices or <br />put them on the silent mode. And, I am calling the meeting to order. <br />Mr. Henricks if you could please call the roll. <br />MR. HENRICKS: Chair Adams, you have nine members present. I'm sorry. <br />Excuse me, eight. <br />CHR. ADAMS: Thank you, Mr. Henricks. We have a quorum to begin business <br />and I believe that Commissioner Todd does plan to be here and she will be here <br />when she gets here. 1 note that Commissioner Hopkins and Commissioner Rice <br />
