To be recognized, please fill out a yellow request form and submit it to Planning Department Staff or the Action Committee Chairperson prior to the Public Comment portion of the meeting. Comments should be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item, subject to the discretion of the Chair of the CDP Action Committee. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: The Action Committee will consider the draft minutes of the June 4, 2018 meeting. ACTION COMMITTEE CAPACITY BUILDING 1. GIS ArcReader Training: The AC will be introduced to the GIS ArcReader program and the data available from the Planning Department that can be used with the program.
