CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Chair Hayducsko called the meeting to order at 1:02 p.m. He pointed out that a <br />correction was needed on agenda item 5.a. The July site visit occurred on July 11, 2018, not <br />on July 7, 2018. <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF: <br /> <br /> a.
