I <br /> 10 would have to check with Mr . Brilhante on that . I <br /> 11 don' t know. That has never occurred to me, personally, <br /> 12 and that hasn' t been part of our discussion. <br /> 13 MR. HIGGINS : Wouldn' t that be a pretty easy <br /> 14 one? That ' s about a million dollars, which optically <br /> 15 would probably be very well-accepted by taxpayers and <br /> 16 those that are going to be affected by some of these <br /> 17 cutbacks and services . <br /> 18 MS . CRAWFORD: I understand what you' re <br /> 19 proposing -- <br /> 20 MR. HIGGINS : Well, I 'm not proposing it -- <br /> 21 MS . CRAWFORD: Well -- <br /> 22 MR. HIGGINS : Did somebody suggest talking <br /> 23 about it? <br /> 24 MS .
