IV. TREASURER'S REPORT <br />A. February/March Financials — None at this time will be available at the next <br />meeting. <br />B. Vote to request funds from CSW for Projects <br />1. Farrah moved not to approve the Year 2019 Budget Request. <br />Seconded by Mele. Approved. <br />2. Farrah moved that the executive committee draft testimony for <br />the May 22, 2018 budget bill hearing and all other budget <br />hearings. Mele seconded. Amended to include having all <br />committee members reach out to council members and provide <br />testimony on May 22, 2018 or any other budget hearing. <br />Approved. <br />*Action Item — Ask Mitch Roth to attend next CSW Meeting to explain the <br />reduction of budget. <br />C. 2018 Budget Revised for Real Women Competitive Writing Contest <br />Budget. Sent to Nikol on 3/6/18. <br />D. Revising the current budget to reflect $2,340 to disburse to different <br />projects to cover expenses. <br />V. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />None. <br />VI. CORRESPONDENCE <br />A. State CSW Award Letter total of $2,150. $500.00 for Real Women <br />Contest and $1650 for Equal Pay. <br />*Action — Jewel needs to check with Lisa regarding the next steps on <br />how these funds will be put into CSW account. <br />*Action — Jewel will ask Nikol on deadlines for Fiscal Year <br />VII.
