F. Human Trafficking <br />• Update on discussions <br />o Mele is waiting to get speaker info from Prosecutor's Office. <br />G. Equal Pay <br />• Update on status — candy bars from HSCSW arrived after Equal <br />Pay Day, so Brooke is holding on to the bars. <br />• Approval for project expense — Jewel moved to accept State CSW <br />funding of $1,650 for Equal Pay. Farrah seconded. Approved. <br />• Jewel moved that $1,650 from State CSW and $385 from our <br />budget for a total of $2,035 be used for radio ads through June 15 <br />or sooner to meet County deadlines with the Wave. Mele <br />seconded. Approved. <br />• Mele moved to give Jewel authority to make necessary decisions <br />for this committee as it relates to Equal Pay for radio ads. Farrah <br />seconded. Approved. <br />IX. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. New Programs + New Projects <br />1. Legislative Advocacy <br />*Action Item — Accept as New Committee at next meeting <br />B. Nominating Committee -Nominate the committee to build the slate for next <br />year's leadership team. <br />Jewel nominated Farrah, Mele & Lee -Ann for the committee. Deb <br />seconded. Approved. <br />*Action Item — Nominating Committee to get slate to members two <br />weeks prior to our next meeting on June 20. <br />*Action Item — Include Elections on next agenda. <br />X. ANNOUNCEMENTS (relating to CSW) <br />A. Next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 20 at 10:00 at the North <br />Hawaii Education and Research Center in Honoka`a. <br />XI. ADJOURNMENT <br />A.
