<br />license, Category B2, located at the Campus Center Cafeteria, University of
<br />Hawaii at Hilo, 200 West Kawili Street, Hilo, Hawaii.
<br />2. Grand 88, LLC, dba Jade Palace Chinese Restaurant, approval of
<br />Proposed Changes to LLC, with withdrawal of Raymond Zhang, Member;
<br />admission of Jun Ming Lei and Minh Tuan Tran, as Members, effective
<br />June 20, 2018; and, acceptance of the Personal History and Affidavit
<br />received on July 30, 2018, for Minh Tuan Tran and Jun Ming Lei, Members,
