We will have our elections on November 13, which will be our last <br />meeting for the year, but one of the things moving on from that – is the <br />Charter Commission called me up a couple of weeks ago – or a month ago <br />now maybe – asking us if we wanted to change our charter and did you get <br />my email, Theresa, Grayson and Kalei? <br /> <br />TN: Regarding? <br /> <br />TL: The Commission membershiop and our charter? <br /> <br />TN: No... <br /> <br />TL: Well, it’s sitting on your email when you get home. It was late when I sent it. I <br />don’t know if I’d asked Donna to – anyway it was a last minute thing... <br /> <br />TN: I’m looking at my email right now, Tom, I didn’t get it. <br /> <br />TL: All right. Well, the Game Management Advisory Commission – the purpose <br />was to advise the County, State and federal agencies on matters relating to <br />the preservation of subsistence hunting and fishing and protecting traditional <br />and cultural gathering rights – that’s the purpose of our advisory commission <br />that’s on the website... <br /> <br />TN: Are you talking about Bill 104, Tom? <br /> <br />TL: 104 – we’re gonna get to that. <br /> <br />TN: No, this is something different then. <br /> <br />TL: Yeah, this is on the Charter Commission. <br /> <br />TN: OK. No. We didn’t get your email. <br /> <br />TL: That came after the 104 email. <br /> <br />MH: This is Malia... Do you guys have a copy of the Charter over there in Kona <br />possibly? <br /> <br />?: I don’t have one, so... <br /> <br />MH: If you guys look on – if you have a computer in front of you – you can go into <br />the County website and look up the County Charter but basically what the <br />22 <br /> <br /> <br />
