ADJOURNMENT (8:30 pm) <br />Executive Session: The Game Management Advisory Commission anticipates it may convene in one or more <br />executive sessions regarding the above matters listed on the agenda, pursuant to 1 -IRS Sections 92-4 and 92- <br />5 (a)(4), for the purpose of consulting with the Board's attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the <br />Commission's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities. A 2/3 vote pursuant to HRS Section 92- <br />4 is necessary to hold an executive session. Anyone wishing to discuss an item that does not appear on the <br />agenda should call the commission secretary at 323-4444 or email donna.urban-higuchiAhawaiicounty.gov <br />to have the subject placed on the next available agenda. <br />Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Hawai` i Revised Statutes (hereinafter "HRS") §92-3.5, the Hawai'i <br />County Game Management Advisory Commission will be conducting this Committee meeting via <br />videoconference. Game Management Advisory Commission members will be present at the following <br />location(s), where the public is invited to participate: <br />• Hawai` i County Building, Council Chambers, 25 Aupuni Street, First Floor, Suite 1401, Hilo, <br />HI, and <br />West Hawaii Civic Center, Mayor's Conference Room, Building C, Second Floor, 74-5044 <br />Ane Keohokalole Highway, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii; or Council Conference Room A <br />If audio stream between Hilo and Kona is lost for more than a short period of time, the meeting will be <br />terminated. <br />Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service, other reasonable modification, or language interpretation to <br />access this meeting please contact the Office of the Mayor at 323-4444 as soon as possible, but no later than <br />five (5) working days prior to the meeting date, to arrange for accommodations. If you are a lobbyist, you <br />must register with the Hawai `i County Clerk within five days of becoming a lobbyist. {Articlel5, Section 2- <br />91.3(b), Hawaii County Code. "A lobbyist is any individual who is engaged for pay or other consideration <br />who spends more than five hours in any month or $275 in any six-month period for the purpose of attempting <br />to influence legislative or administrative action by communicating or urging others to communicate with <br />public officials." <br />THOMAS H.
