I’m an agent for the applicants. My address is P.O. Box 1101, Kamuela. EASLEY: My name is Austin Easley. He’s representing me. And my address, P.O. Box 5534 Kailua-Kona, Hawai‘i 96745. UNGER: Thank you. If you have anything to add to the County presentation. MOOERS: Thank you, Chair Unger. The applicant and I have had an opportunity to review the background report and recommendation provided by the Planning Department. I believe it’s an accurate representation of situation and we concur with the recommended conditions of approval that the Department has proposed. And I’m prepared to answer any questions that the Commissioners may have. UNGER: Great, thank you. Commissioners, do you have any questions of the applicant at this time?
