Narrative <br />The County cf Hawaii does not target any particular geographic area to dstrbute its CDBG and HOME <br />funds. in order to meet the priortes, objjectives and performance measures,the County dstributes its <br />CDBG and HOME aUocation through a Request for Proposal (RFP) process. This competitive process is <br />intended to ensure that the projects funded by the County are consistent with the County's priorities as <br />contained in the Consolidated Plan, are eligible for CDBG and HOME funds and can be implemented in a <br />timely manner. <br />CAPER 12 <br />OMB Control 2506-0117(oxp06/30/2018) <br />
