I move that the request to revoke <br />Special Management Area Use Permit No. 172 be approved based on the Planning Director's <br />recommendation which shall be adopted. <br />DELA CRUZ: Second. <br />CLARKSON: It's been moved and seconded that action be taken on the revocation of [SMA] <br />172, that the recommendation of the Planning Director be approved.
