Property located in the Hale Alani Complex in the Kohanaiki Resort. Appeals on land values. Appellant's representative presented their case. County presented their case and recommended for Case No. 28199 a reduction in land value to $1,439,700 and sustain the land values for Case Nos. 28200, 28201, 28202, 28203 and 28204 at $1,599,700.
