WITHDRAWN CASES <br />County presented to the Board appellant's request to withdraw their appeals for the following case: <br />Case No. 28193 TMK 7-3-066-002-0000 KOHANAIKI SHORES LLC <br />A call for questions was made. <br />Mr. Hughes moved to accept the withdrawal of appeal for Case No. 28193. Seconded by Mr. <br />Takai. A call for discussion was made. Motion passed by a vote of 5:0. <br />SETTLEMENTS — 1:30P APPEALS AGENDA <br />County presented to the Board a 3 -page Appeals Agenda containing information on 13 cases that <br />had reached settlement agreements between the County and the respective appellants. A copy of <br />the agenda is attached hereto as Exhibit B. <br />Mr. Ventura questioned the land values on Cases Nos. 28178 thru 28189 on pages 1 and 2 of the <br />agenda. County appraiser Matthew Radmilovic responded. <br />A call for questions was made. <br />Mr. Takai moved to accept all of the settlements as presented on pages 1 to 3. Seconded by <br />Mr. Hughes. A call for discussion was made.
