So we try to avoid that, but at the same time we try to manage it. That's part of where our skillset comes in. We try to identify and I have some examples in mind which I don't have to go through here unless you ask for it, but we have examples where we try to look at the issues and try to get the parties together. Whether it's in mediation or other forms of discussion, and hopefully we can find common ground because in the end that probably serves everyone the best. CHR.
