So we try to avoid that, but at the same time we try to manage it. <br />That's part of where our skillset comes in. We try to identify and I have some <br />examples in mind which I don't have to go through here unless you ask for it, but <br />we have examples where we try to look at the issues and try to get the parties <br />together. Whether it's in mediation or other forms of discussion, and hopefully <br />we can find common ground because in the end that probably serves everyone the <br />best. <br />CHR.
