Any discussion? Why are they doing this? <br />Takase: They're going to give up that area they had around their bar that included a <br />special events area. They're going to give up the lease on that area. <br />Taniguchi: Okay. <br />Lopez: And they just walled it off. <br />Takase: Yes. <br />Nahale-a: In the drawing it's the area on the top, not including the aquarium shop <br />and no longer including the red shaded area? Is that right? <br />Lopez: Yes. <br />Taniguchi: Yes.
