In the previous meeting in Kona, when they asked for this space, I pointed out that I thought they were not being forthright with their use of that expansion room by doing their regular taco events. It was supposed to be for certain activities like parties or gatherings that would be incidental and they told me that they were losing the lease on that space in July. Do we know if that's still open? Takase: If you are familiar with Umeke's, originally we had granted their license for the use of an enclosed area that was a gym prior. !don't know why, but Planning was giving them such a hard time (saying) it could only be used as a gym and not as a restaurant.
