We have one commissioner that's stuck in traffic, so she'll be arriving <br />a few minutes late. But, we'll go ahead and get started. First order of business, Approval of <br />Minutes. <br />II. Approval of Minutes <br />Taniguchi: The August 2, 2018, minutes were circulated via email. Can 1 have a motion to <br />accept? <br />Greenwell: I make the motion to accept the record of August 2, 2018. <br />Salave`a: Second. <br />Mr. Greenwell moved to accept the August 2, 2018, Liquor Commission <br />Minutes as circulated; seconded by Mr. Salave`a. <br />Taniguchi: Moved and seconded. Any discussion? <br />Raymond: I have a question. For clarification, looking over the minutes, after certain <br />individuals had spoken, it's a statement that's typed out. After the statement, there are dots. <br />What do the dots mean? <br />Lim: Sometimes, you're interrupted or not finished saying something. <br />Raymond: Okay, okay. Thank you. <br />2 <br />
