Taniguchi: Any other discussion? <br />There was no other discussion from the Commissioners. <br />Taniguchi: All those in favor signify by saying, "Aye." <br />The Commissioners voted "aye." <br />Taniguchi: Opposed, "Nay." <br />There was no opposition by the Commissioners. <br />Taniguchi: Motion carried. <br />The motion was carried unanimously. <br />Nahale-a: Motion to approve Application No. 18-04, pending final inspection and payment of <br />$35.31 for additional publication cost. <br />Salave`a: Second. <br />Ms. Nahale-a moved to approved Application No. 18-04, <br />Chapter 27 LLC, dba Chapter 27 LLC, submits application for a <br />Change to Class 11, Cabaret, to its Dispenser General liquor <br />license, Category B1, located at 216 Kamehameha Avenue, Hilo, <br />Hawaii, TMK: 2-3-007:018, pending final inspection and payment of <br />$35.31 for additional publication cost; seconded by Mr. Salave`a. <br />Taniguchi: Moved and seconded.
