ARS is Agricultural Research <br />Service. DKI is Daniel K. Inouye. PBARC is Pacific Basin Agricultural Research Center. <br />Hughes: It's all research for the USDA. <br />Takase: Yes. They acquire alcohol to clean their equipment.
