Supply (DWS) is also drafting amendments to its rules to allow for water shut- <br />off due to non-payment of sewer fees. Both DEM and DWS rules need to be <br />amended for the water shut-off to be implemented. In the meantime, we <br />continue to work with delinquent customers to bring their accounts current <br />and refer accounts to the Office of the Corporation Counsel to pursue <br />judgments when necessary. <br /> <br />K.
