CASE MANAGEMENT: Karen Davis, Services for Seniors <br />The Office is in the process of evaluating its business model. I<aren will explain the busi- <br />ness model that the Hawai'i County Office of Aging has been using, which has been to con- <br />tract with Services for Seniors to provide case management services. She will help us un- <br />derstand how this model works, its costs, its benefits, its shortcomings. This will help us <br />advise Kimo as to whether this is the best way to provide services, or whether case man- <br />agement should be brought in-house. <br />8. AREA PLANNING: Deborah Wills, HCOA Planner <br />Deborah is leading the Office of Aging in developing its new 4 -Year Area Plan.
