SELF: Well, you can have that in mind, <br />11 and you can hear information about that, but you also <br />12 have to look at the charter, which says that you have <br />13 to compensate -- a reasonable relationship to <br />14 compensation in the public and private sectors. So <br />15 that's what you're trying to do when you're adjusting <br />16 salaries is to keep up with the other -- the total <br />17 compensation and benefits should be reasonably <br />18 related -- should have a reasonable relationship to the <br />19 compensation within the public and private sectors. <br />20 MR.
