Sumera. <br /> ROLL CALL: <br /> Present: Guillerma"Irma" G. Sumera, Chair <br /> Arlene Waugh, Vice-Chair <br /> Nyala Neill, Member <br /> Jon Henricks, Deputy County Clerk <br /> Absent & Excused: Stewart Maeda, Ex-Officio Member <br /> Also Present: Dee Torres, Secretary, Office of the County Clerk-Council <br /> Deanna Sako, Director, Finance Department <br /> Belinda Hall, Deputy Corporation Counsel <br /> Kay Oshiro, Controller, Finance Department <br /> Janice Watkins, Payroll Processing Supervisor, Finance Department <br /> STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS: (There were none). <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES: February 23, 2015 <br /> Ms. Neill moved to approve the minutes of February 23, 2015. Seconded by Ms. Waugh. <br /> The motion was carried by the following vote: <br /> AYES: Board Members Neill, Waugh, and Chair Sumera— 3. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> 1. Chair Sumera proceeded with the application for pension from the County of Hawai`i for <br /> Mr. John P. Schulte (retired County of Hawai`i P&R Band Member). <br /> Ms. Neill made a motion to approve the pension application of Mr. Schulte. Seconded by <br /> Ms. Waugh. <br /> The motion was carried by the following vote: <br /> AYES: Board Members Neill, Waugh, and Chair Sumera— 3. <br />
