Seconded by <br /> Ms. Sumera. <br /> The motion was carried by the following vote: <br /> AYES: Board Members Heaukulani, Sumera, Waugh, and Chair Hamamoto—4. <br /> STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC: (There were none.) <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> 1. Chair Hamamoto proceeded with the application for pension from the County of Hawai`i for <br /> Mrs. Julita C. Casil, widow of Mr. Alfredo Casil (former County of Hawai`i Band Member), <br /> who passed away at age 93. <br />
