1) retaining the maintenance fund that allows for the proper care of the protected land, since without it the integrity <br />of the land cannot be preserved, and <br />2) keeping the covenant which protects these lands in perpetuity which says: <br />"This property (or easement) was acquired with money from the Public Access, Open Space and Natural Resources <br />Preservation Fund.
