A. Divioiono. Thc authority °hall keep ocparatc fundo and account° ao required by thc uniform <br />oyetemo of account° for goo, electricity, water, communication°, and other utilitico, ao promulgatcd by the <br />ZZ <br />chief cxccutivc officer of thc authority who ohall be qualified by training and experience for thc overall <br />managcmcnt of the utility. The chief cxccutivc officer °hall ccrvc according to thc term° of an employment <br />board. Thc oalary of the chief executive officer ohall be fixed by the board. <br />Thc chicf cxccutivc officer shall, oubjcet to board approval, (1) determine thc number of a u ployeeo <br />neccooary for the operation of thc utility, and (2) fix their dutico and compenoation. The chicf cxccutivc <br />madc or adopted by thc board. The chief cxccutivc officer ohall maintain ouitablc per sr anent record° <br />contract°, oubjcet to the approval of the board. The chief cxccutivc officer shall prepare and cubmit to the <br />environmental matter°, and civil right°. <br />provided by thc board. The officcro and employee° ohall be appointed and removed by the chief executive <br />E. Surcty bondo. The board may require ourety bond° for any of the officers and employee° of the <br />A. Real cstatc and contract°.
