ANNOUNCEMENTS: <br /> Mr. Hamamoto stated that the next Pension Board meeting will be TBA. Ms. Ikeda asked if the <br /> meetings were held quarterly. Ms. Garson replied, "Yes." Mr. Hamamoto stated if there were any <br /> pension applications or other pertinent matters relating to the Pension Board, a meeting would be held <br /> quarterly(the last Monday of February, May, and August, with a mandatory elections meeting in <br /> November). The County Clerk's Office will prepare and send out agendas and cancellation notices. <br /> ADJOURNMENT: <br /> Ms. Sumera made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
