I would like to call the meeting for the <br />Board of Ethics, County of Hawaii for November 13 to order. And <br />as always, we're going to start with introductions. My name is Dr. <br />Ku Kahakalau and I'm the Chair of the Hawai'i Island Board of <br />Ethics. <br />Ken Goodenow. <br />Nan Sumner -Mack. <br />And Rick Robinson. <br />2. UNFINISHED BUSINESS (10:05 a.m.) <br />Ms. Kahakalau: <br />Thank you are there any statements from the public on agenda <br />items? No...okay...hearing none, we will move on to new <br />business but there is no new business...there's also no unfinished <br />business so we are going to go right into executive session unless <br />somebody would like to make any changes there. <br />Mr. Goodenow: Just on that thought...I mean why don't we...if it would be alright <br />just move on right to number 7...? <br />1 <br />
