And I also like <br />the practice...our past practice...which I think was definitely more <br />in that adjudicatory function you know versus an investigatory <br />function. So I'm fine...what I'm a little unclear on is in your chart <br />there maybe I don't have the updated one but it says no <br />comparable provision for Maui.
